Dominik Schäfer is a Legal Assessor based in Berlin and supports the attorneys of our firm in all matters of civil law, in particular corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in academic legal research and in the field of commercial law, which he acquired through several years of academic work at a chair for civil law, commercial law, and business law, as well as through his work at our firm.
Dominik Schäfer studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and completed a study abroad program at Vilnius University in Lithuania. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court, with placements including Malmendier Legal and the German Bundestag. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation on a topic in corporate law.
Dominik Schäfer has been working at our law firm since 2023.
