Our attorneys possess specialized expertise in international acquisitions of film production and distribution companies. Our lawyers work in this field on the basis of past experience in Germany, France, Great Britain, Korea, Hungary and the USA. We also possess in-depth knowledge in designing and establishing film funding structures, and in carrying out the financing transactions.
