Christoph Brzezinski

is a Berlin-based attorney and advises national and international clients on all questions of public economic law, in particular public construction, planning, monument protection and environmental law.

Christoph Brzezinski studied law at the University of Potsdam and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Berlin, including stages at the law firm of Raue LLP and the German Opera in Berlin.

Following his legal training, he worked in various areas of politics and the public administration, e.g. as a personal assistant to the Berlin Senate for Legal and Consumer Protection Affairs, in the Federal Finance Ministry, and for the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group. This enabled Christoph Brzezinski to gain in-depth insight into complex decision-making processes at the political level in the administration.

On 28 April 2023, Christoph Brzezinski was appointed district councilor for the CDU in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, where he is responsible for the department of urban development, real estate and IT. This also includes the important department of urban development and construction in this inner-city district. Pursuant to Section 47 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), Christoph Brzezinski does not exercise his legal practice at Malmendier Legal during his political mandate and his professional activity with us is resting.
