Dr Mitschke studied law in Regensburg and Kiel. He did his legal training in Berlin, Boston/USA (German Consulate General) and Paris/France (International Law Firm). He wrote his dissertation on the protection of inventions in the EU (with Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Nordemann) and submitted a draft law for a European utility model.
After working for a Hanseatic private bank in the Corporate Finance and Commercial Loans departments, he joined the law firm Bender Zahn Tigges, where he was entrusted with setting up and managing the Hamburg office. He then opened his own firm with offices in Hamburg and Berlin. Dr Mitschke has been a partner in our firm since 2023.
