Mikael Varol is a solicitor in Berlin and advises national and international clients on real estate and business law. His clients include companies from the construction, energy, raw materials and mining sectors, as well as listed stock corporations, investment companies and project companies. A particular focus of his work is the ongoing corporate law support of companies. In addition, his advice covers all aspects of private construction and architectural law.
As an experienced litigator with fifteen years of practice, Mr. Varol also represents our clients’ interests in court. Born in Berlin, he studied law at the Free University of Berlin and gained international insights in Los Angeles and London.
He gained extensive professional experience in various roles – as a solicitor at the international law firm White & Case LLP, as general counsel at a global provider of office and commercial space, and as in-house counsel at a real estate company focusing on project management and asset management. In addition, Mr. Varol took on the position of Head of Legal at the German subsidiary of a Luxembourg real estate fund.
