is a Berlin-based lawyer and is responsible within our law firm for the practice area of banking and capital market law. She advises national and international clients from the classical finance sector on issues of supervisory law as well as Fin Techs and start-ups on the implementation of innovative business models. Her consultancy work extends in particular to business models using the Blockchain technology as well as cryptocurrencies and tokenization.
Lilly Pfaf studied law at the University of Bielefeld. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster with stages in the administration of the German Federal Parliament and the German Embassy in Belgrade.
